Blending Tobacco: GREEN RIVER BLACK CAVENDISH

For many years I have been lucky enough to visit the 4noggins website, discovering more and more excellent tobaccos. One of them is GREEN RIVER BLACK CAVENDISH. Really, this smoke is the "sweet sin"...

Cavendish and Burley dance together with mastery, giving us a wonderful sweet taste, beautifying our moments. Another "diamond" from 4noggins...

This cavendish is unflavored and on the low end of medium on nicotine. It is a superb sweet cavendish that will add fullness and enhance the flavor and aroma of any blend. Beautiful thick smoke and if you have a blend burning hot or sharp in character this is what I recommend to tame it. I mix this 1:1 with some Kentucky dark fired and it is burley bliss. Smokes good on its own, as well.

As a tryout I mixed 1 oz of the cavendish with 1/2 oz Latakia. The result was a superb blend of balanced tobacco. I will be blending more and would probably add more types to it.
