We will only accept refunds on tobacco if the tobacco you receive is not the tobacco you have ordered, in which case only unopened containers will be accepted for return and refund within 3 days of receipt, or if there is a physical problem with the tobacco itself, such as mold. Bulk tobacco may not be returned due to health concerns. Please make sure you are ordering what you actually want.


Pipes may be returned for any reason up to 30 days after receipt, provided it is not smoked. A refund will not be issued until the pipe and box (if applicable) is determined to be in as new condition. If you experience a 'burn-out' during the first 12 months, please contact us to arrange a return for a refund or exchange, at our discretion. We do not warranty pipes against excess wear and tear, such as tenon breakage, cracking from dropping, etc.

We do not accept returns on the following

  • Pipes that have been smoked, altered, or repaired in any way.
  • Unsealed tobacco tins, any bulk tobacco, and candy.
  • Defective lighters should be returned to the Manufacturer as per their warranty instructions.

Restocking Fee

At our discretion, based on circumstances, we will deduct a 15% re-stocking from your refund. Shipping fees are not refundable.

Shipping Charges

If a returned item was shipped to you without charge, a shipping fee will be deducted from the total cost of the return. Shipping fees are not refundable.
