The components stated are Virginia, Burley, Oriental and Cigar Leaf. Being on a fairly recent search for blends with VA/Perique and Turkish, I stumbled on this one. OK, so there's no Perique, but what there is has been blended so perfectly that it has risen to the #1 position of all blends for me. I've tried to pry the details of just what Oriental(s) are in here from both John and the folks are 4-N's, without success. One thing for sure...there's no Latakia. It's FULL of subtle and not at all subtle flavors...not overwhelming in terms of Vit. N...easy to load and manage while smoking...delivered dry, as I like 'em...draws one in and then keeps 'em interested with the play of flavers, which are untopped and stellar. No one component dominates as it's one of those in which the flavors come and go. As is typically the case, this blend, even with it's nearly 1/4 ratio of cigar leaf (that, I DID find out) does not have a cigar taste...the leaf rounds the smoke and makes the blend deeper and more full. This is literally a true 'undiscovered wonder' and one which should be tried by anyone that appreciates a bowl full of great tobacco flavors.
