Pleasantly sweet, delicious, full bodied. If you like Plum Pudding you'll probably like this. It's surprisingly sweet. The cake is well compressed but you can test it apart with your fingers - no knife required. The tin note is dry BBQ smoke, but the flavor is sweeter. Think red fruit. It burns quite hot and fast, but is perfectly dry out of the tin. Great daily smoke.
