I'm not one of those people who can pick out individual notes of a complex flavor profile. I've never taken a sip of whiskey and thought, 'Hmm, hints of citrus and leather with a cherry finish.' No, it tastes like whiskey. So this offering from CAO? Well, it tastes like Eileen's Dream. But let me tell you folks what a delectable dream it is! The aroma out of the tin is mouth-wateringly enticing, and the smoking experience does not disappoint. Unlike a lot of aromatics, the taste delivers on the promises the smell makes and hangs in there throughout the smoke. It's sweet, smooth and flavorful, but not overly sweet or artificial in its presentation. Forget about ghosting a briar, this stuff ghosts my face! By which I mean I can sense the flavor long after I've finished the bowl. That may sound unappealing to some, but I love it. I took a gamble and ordered two tins, almost certain that I would be a big fan of this blend. And then I ordered a third when I discovered I was right. If you have even the slightest itch to curl up and dream with Eileen, I suggest you go for it.
