I used to enjoy Erinmore Mixture alot as a change of pace. It was sweet, mild-medium blend with a lightly fruity aroma and a satisfying "tart" background. I just opened a new tin purchased a week ago and was sadly disappointed. While the constituent tobaccos appear as I remember them, the "juicy fruit" tin note is barely there and upon lighting up, there was no sweetness or aroma whatsoever...just monochromatic cigarette-like flavor. I wonder if the new producers STG took heed to the negative remarks about this blend being overpowering and goopy and perhaps toned down the blend too much? Sadly, I will not be buying again.
