The name of this pipe tobacco originates from the early days, when all pipe tobaccos were pressed into cakes before cutting. Four types of Virginia pipe tobaccos are blended with Cavendish and a specially-prepared Black pipe tobacco. The complete blend is then flavoured in accordance with a 70-year-old formula, to produce a honey-sweet smoking pipe tobacco.
